New Stock for The Ropewalk

Liberty Print Fabric Necklaces

I have parcelled up a delivery of goodies for The Ropewalk in Barton upon Humber.  It's a great place - lovely things to buy in the Craft Gallery, interesting exhibitions, good cafe, great garden with sculptures and you can find out all about the history of rope making at the Barton Ropery in the Ropewalk Museum.  The building has a characteristic ropewalk from its ropemaking days - hence the name!

So in the delivery as well as some lovely fabric necklaces (see above), there are also some People & Places brooches...

Farewell to the Tree Leaves Yarnstorm

The TreeLeaves Yarnstorm

The Tree Leaves Yarnstorm has been on display for over a month and on Friday it was time to take it down.  Deborah and I packed up our dismantling gear and spent the morning taking everything down...
